This Automatic EVA Foam Injection Molding Machine is controlled by touchscreen to directly monitor machine movement and production. The machine is mainly used to produce slippers, casual shoes, sneakers, etc.

Equipped with the potentiometer to detect and assist PLC and PC in operation, the measurement mechanism precisely controls the quantity of the material. The shot seat moves in linear slide rail to achieve fast position shift and accurate positioning.
Open and Close System: The crank-type structure helps the machine to achieve the instant acceleration of mold opening.
Equipped with two-stage fast opening and closing mold control, low operating platform and high mold-opening stroke ,the system is suitable for various forms of molds.
Equipped with template balancer, the thickness tolerance of two molds with same stand position is 2mm and the thickness can be adjusted steplessly between 100mm and 330mm.It will not be changed due to the thickness of the mold, and the open stroke is fixed at 350mm.
Oil hydraulic system:
The three independently working pumps help to reduce the noise and raise the efficiency. The proportional pressure control valve cooperates with computer control system to control the multi-stage pressure and flow accurately.
The operating platform designed by our company is low and highly ergonomic.
